Zinntu collaborates with multiple research institutions to develop controller hardware and software control system platforms. We adopt an open architecture and implement a layered platform design, enhancing software reusability and reliability, and accelerating product development efficiency. Inspired by the AUTOSAR concept, we have established our own software development platform, featuring a layered design that includes the microprocessor abstraction layer, ECU abstraction layer, service layer, complex drivers, application abstraction layer, and application layer. Guided by CMMI principles, we have set tangible and traceable goals and improvement plans, continuously monitoring and controlling to enhance project quality. Our control strategy is based on Model-Based Development (MBD), aiming to platformize the strategy development process. The system model design, from architecture to modules, fully considers universality and decoupling, with VCU/TCU/BMS utilizing the same functional main architecture.
Our intelligent electric control drive platform currently serves products such as intelligent electric special vehicles, intelligent ships, and intelligent operation platforms. It plays a crucial role in the strategy verification of unmanned driving, enabling data modeling, simulation, and the realization of digital twins to test and validate strategies on the platform. It also allows for real-time monitoring of the status of electric control systems, motors, and batteries, offering convenience and efficiency with broad market prospects.
The company continuously innovates to provide an efficient, green, and environmentally friendly intelligent electric control drive platform, promoting the development of the new energy intelligent electric control industry and enhancing corporate social value.
